Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Form-Studio (the "Service"), operated by BN Softlabs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering, including via Google Sign-In, and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Build forms used for phishing, fraud, or to impersonate another person or organization.
• Collect sensitive data (health, financial, government ID, etc.) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the forms you build and the submissions you collect. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the legality of the data you collect through your forms and for your own respondents' privacy.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Optional AI features (e.g. field-option suggestions) are provided for convenience. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your use case — you're responsible for reviewing anything before publishing it on a live form.

5. Custom Domains

If you configure a custom domain for a published form, you're responsible for the DNS configuration required, and availability of that feature may depend on third-party infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare) outside our direct control.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form-Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data submitted through your forms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
